General Shopping information -

  • All prices shown include GST.
  • Prices are subject to change without notice.
  • All orders and payments are processed manually.
  • Orders will be despatched within 5 working days from reciept of payment
  • No goods will be despatched prior to payment.
  • Out of stock goods - you will be advised of any items which are out of stock. These items will not be back-ordered unless requested.
  • Goods will be despatched via most economical means - Courier Transport or Australia Post. All goods despatched via Australia Post will be by Registered Post or Express Post Bag. This assists in tracking missing parcels.
  • Some products listed on this site are regarded as dangerous goods and cannot be despatched via Australia Post. These products will be despatched via Courier transport ONLY.
PAYMENT OF ORDERS ...

General Payment information -

  • All payments are processed manually, including Credit Card payments.
  • Payment can be made via Visa, Mastercard, Cheque or Direct Deposit.
  • Delivery times are from confirmation & reciept of payment. No goods will be despatched prior to payment.
Paying by Cheque or Direct Deposit -
  • Please do not forward payments until you have received an Invoice with total and confirmed freight costs.
  • Orders will be held for 14 days only. If payment is not received within 14 days, your order will be cancelled and stock will not be held over.
FREIGHT & SHIPPING ...
  • Freight costs are approximate only. If charged freight costs differ greatly from online calculated freight charges, you will be notified via email PRIOR to despatch of order. In this instance, a CONFIRMATION of payment of freight charges will be required from you PRIOR to shipping of order.
  • Your order will be despatched within 5 working days from receipt of payment.
  • Dangerous Goods will be despatched via Courier Transport only. Extra freight charges may apply.
  • Orders will be shipped via Registered Post, Express Post bag or Courier transport ONLY.
  • You can request your order be shipped via normal post. No responsibility for damage or loss of goods will be accepted by Access Resource Group (ARMS Model IT), if orders are shipped via this method.
RETURNS, REPLACEMENTS & CREDITS...
  • Any item deemed defective by ARMS Model IT will be replaced or an adjustment made. Notification of defective products must be made within 7 days of receipt.
  • Any product selections suggested by ARMS Model IT are given to the best of their knowledge. Returns will not be accepted as a result of these selections.
  • Damaged goods must be advised within 48 hours of receiving goods.
  • If you have signed for receipt of goods it is deemed that they have arrived in good order and no correspondence will be entered into.
  • Access Resource Group Pty Ltd trading as ARMS Model IT will accept no responsibility for undelivered or missing goods where a customer has requested "OK to leave" by courier delivery.
