75 SHORE D POLYURETHANE CASTING SYSTEM

4PU is a low 4PU is a low viscosity, rapid setting, 100% solids rigid urethane compound. This system is easy to process and has a low exotherm of 76ºC maximum. 4PU will cure quickly to a hard, tough casting. 4PU is generally insensitive to moisture during and after curing and is suitable for use with most general purpose dry fillers.

How to use this product -

Two part liquid resin, measured by weight (easiest) or volume. Best results achieved with RTV Silicone Mould. Both components should be mixed before each use.

Measure, mix and pour into mould. Curing approx 15 - 20 minutes.

Use F720 Dry Air Blanket prior to replacing lids to prevent moisture contamination.
