GENERAL INFORMATION

All prices are in Australian Dollars and include GST.
ARMS Model IT / Barnes Products reserve the right to change prices and specification without notice.

ARMS Model IT accepts no liability for use or misuse of products. All products sold are safe if used following manufacturers instructions and under normal conditions.

DANGEROUS GOODS

Some products listed on this site are regarded as dangerous goods and cannot be despatched via Australia Post. These include -

Aerosol Spray can products
Clear Casting Resin and other Polyester Resins
Epoxy Resins
Iso Alcohol / DLimonene

These products can only be shipped via transport.

PLEASE NOTE - extra shipping costs will apply to these products. Please contact us if you require shipping costs prior to despatch.

FREIGHT

Goods will be despatched via most economical means - Courier Transport or Australia Post. All goods despatched via Australia Post will be by Registered Post or Express Post Bag. This allows us to attempt to finding missing parcels.

Orders will be despatched within 7 days of receipt, and when monies are cleared. Delivery times by Courier can only be estimated. No guarantee is given when quoting delivery times.

Courier deliveries will require a signature on delivery unless otherwise arranged. No responsibility will be taken for goods arranged to be left by courier without a receipt signature.

Qld North to Townsville - $12.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 20kg Parcel
Cairns - $20.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 20kg Parcel

NSW - Northern Rivers, Coffs Harbour, Port Macquarie, Newcastle Central Coast, Sydney, Woolloongong - $12.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 25kg Parcel

ACT - Canberra - $12.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 25kg Parcel

VIC - Melbourne, Wodonga, Bendigo, Geelong - $20.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 25kg Parcel

SA - Adelaide, Mt Gambier - $20.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 25kg Parcel

All other areas - 35.00 - $40.00 5kg + $4.00 per 5kg excess per 25kg Parcel

PAYMENT

We accept payment by -

Credit Card - Visa / Mastercard
Cheque
Direct Deposit - An Invoice will be faxed or emailed with total including freight. Please DO NOT send payment without confirmation of total. Order will be held for 14 days only. A reminder will be sent 7days after original Invoice date. Order will be cancelled after 14 days if payment is not received.

Mail - Complete order form, print, attach Cheque and post.
Phone - Call 07 3284 1111 - have Credit Card details at hand
Fax - Complete order form print and fax to 07 3284 9976(Intl - 61 7 33284 9976)
Email - Complete order form and "click" the SUBMIT button - order will be emailed to us.
